Be an exemplary DMEPOS provider.

The Compliance Team (TCT) is deemed by CMS to accredit all DMEPOS (Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies) products and services. Our comprehensive standards meet and exceed CMS quality standards. We are the only accreditation organization that offers Exemplary Provider®– recognition once you successfully complete our program.

Renewing in 2023? 2024?

The Compliance Team offers incentives to DMEPOS providers that transition to us. Our simplified approach and product-line-specific standards, developed over 25 years ago, save you time and money without compromising quality. Our CMS-approved Exemplary Provider® DMEPOS program includes all the tools you need to achieve accreditation.

The Compliance Team difference

We have been accrediting DMEPOS providers long before CMS required accreditation to receive a PTAN number and bill for Medicare patients. In addition to the tools we include with each program, our expert advisors offer valuable recommendations for process improvement and accreditation maintenance. Throughout the year, we run no-fee educational webinars – many of which are exclusive to our providers. Our Why Choose Us page has a more complete list of reasons to choose The Compliance Team.

Patient-Centered Respiratory Home (PCRH) is a high-level sub-specialty DMEPOS accreditation program that addresses the value-based model of care in the DMEPOS market. This program is structured to help respiratory care professionals perform at the top of their licenses and help clinical respiratory providers more effectively engage with their chronic care patients.

Better patient outcomes are driven through additional care planning and focused follow-up visits, with program goals that address improving respiratory care management, decreasing the number of emergency department visits, and lowering the number of hospital readmissions.

Our DMEPOS Retailer certification program was designed specifically for those retailers that are not billing Medicare or other insurance companies, so are not required to attain DMEPOS accreditation. The program helps standardize quality processes and services at the DMEPOS location, including the operational flow of DMEPOS products.
